Hi there!
My name is Raoul Brouns, and I am running a personal IPv6 / BGP project under AS215296
AS215296 is my personal experimental IPv6 / BGP project. I’m hosting a bunch of different services on native IPv6 within my own IPv4 (103.147.153.0/24) and IPv6 (2001:67c:e3c::/48) subnets.
I’m happy to have Bastiaan Brink (AS215248) as the RIPE sponsor of my ASN and my IPv4 and IPv6 PI prefixes.
My network core consists of a MikroTik CCR2216-1G-12XS-2XQ router strategically positioned at Nikhef in Amsterdam, Netherlands – one of Europe’s premier internet hubs. This setup is complemented by two Mikrotik CHR routers located at Digital Realty AMS17 and Qupra DC in Amsterdam.
From these locations, I maintain BGP sessions with my Proxmox-based homelab in Almere, Netherlands, where I operate various exciting services and experimental projects. Since June 2025 one of my Proxmox nodes is hosted at Qupra DC in Amsterdam.
I’m also participating in the NLNOG RING Project with a virtual machine.

Peer with me?
I have an open peering policy, either via a mutual IX (currently only connected to Frys-IX, LOCIX NL and FOGIXP) or as a private peering over a tunnel.
If you want to create a private peering please contact me via the link below.
