The story behind AS215296, LowPingNL, and RaServe

Raoul Brouns

Raoul Brouns is a network engineer based in the Netherlands and operates AS215296 as the technical foundation of LowPingNL and RaServe.

What started as a small personal IPv6 network in 2024 has grown into an independent network with infrastructure deployed across multiple locations in the Netherlands and connectivity throughout Europe.
